Christine builds on three decades of experience working with organizations wanting to effect sustainable growth by building cultures rooted in core values. Witnessing the seismic shift in corporate cultures through values-driven change, she has worked to develop facilitation techniques that integrate EQ mastery, communication skills, and Agile Culture-based business modeling.

Her coaching focuses on bringing innate genius online. She has developed techniques that integrate a client’s untapped emotional intelligence to create lasting lifestyle and workplace changes. The results are company teams who discover and develop their own cultural veracity. The primary outcome of which, is agile culture development, the core of her work.

Her work in the U.S. and internationally has given her extensive experience in co-creating what individuals and teams need to thrive: uncovering the unique qualities that bring lasting relevance to life, business planning, and development–she facilitates change so people harness their innate genius.

Christine’s experience in leadership development and culture shift includes internationally recognized brands in retail, financial, technology, manufacturing, healthcare, government, and military. Among them, R.H. Macy & Co., Shearson Lehman Brothers, American Express, Barneys New York, Microsoft, Federated Department Stores, TLR Eclectic, The Landmark Group, and Mercy Health Systems. In the public sector, her shift work with government agencies including EPS, NAVAIR, and numerous city and county police departments across the country.

Christine is nationally certified in a variety of areas. Her expertise includes executive coaching, change management, agile culture development, assessment tools designed for senior executives, health and wellness.  

Currently she is piloting a program for middle and high school students to have access to Health and Wellness coaching in partnership with Welcome Home Health, a telehealth pioneer in the Wellness industry.
